Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Some of the key responsibilities include: Scrubbing, researching, and validating data entry of provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Updating status in customer systems and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and reflective of the latest information. Researching and installing healthcare provider contracts, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading. Retrieving and entering data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Analyzing information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies, and applying theoretical concepts and domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Identifying and resolving both routine and non-routine problems, and escalating issues to more proficient team members when necessary. Monitoring email boxes and sending responses to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work. At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office-related environment, such as office support, data entry, clerical, or customer service, with a requirement to work regularly scheduled shifts. At least 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows applications, including the ability to use a keyboard, navigate multiple screens and computer systems, and learn new software tools. An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Ability to communicate effectively in a professional/office setting, both orally and in writing. Effective troubleshooting skills, with the ability to leverage research, analysis, and problem-solving skills to resolve issues. Time management skills, with the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, Excel Spreadsheets, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
