About the Role We are offering a 6-month contract with a high potential for extension, providing you with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills within our dynamic team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a flexible 24/7 call center environment, with specific available shifts including 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Tue - Sat), 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Sun - Thu), 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Sat - Wed), and 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Fri - Tue). Our pay rate is competitive at $18.83/hr on a W2 contract, and we conduct interviews via video using Zoom or MS Teams for your convenience. Work-from-Home Requirements To ensure a seamless and secure working experience, we require the following: A wired LAN connection from the modem/router to your desktop or laptop is mandatory; wireless connectivity is not permitted. The client will provide a 2-meter LAN cable, but candidates must provide longer lengths if necessary. Candidates are required to have a table and office chair to create a dedicated workspace. Video usage during training, team meetings, and client-required sessions is expected, so a reliable webcam and microphone are essential. Job Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers to provide information and address inquiries regarding products and services in a professional and courteous manner. Resolving service or billing complaints through efficient processes such as exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments, ensuring that every issue is resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Communicating with customers to provide updates on inquiries and claim investigations, keeping them informed throughout the process. Documenting customer interactions and actions taken to ensure accurate records, using our computer applications and data entry software. Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Education: High school diploma or GED. 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high call volume environment, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with computer applications, particularly MS Outlook and data entry software, with the ability to navigate dual screens efficiently. Aptitude for accurately documenting customer information and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Preferred Skills While not required, the following skills are highly desirable: A pharmacy background, which would provide a strong foundation for understanding our products and services. Bilingual candidates fluent in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien, who can communicate effectively with our diverse customer base.
