Responsibilities Remote Content Writer Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content for various purposes, including promotional materials, blog posts, social media content, and more. Research: Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Public Relations, and Content Development, to align content with company objectives. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to Netflix's style and brand guidelines. Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO and engagement across different platforms. Sr Expert, Sales Incentive Compensation Program Development: Design and implement a new Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) program to support the Advertising business. Analytical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to inform SIC program design, standard setting, and management. Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders, finance, HR, talent, legal, and other Netflix teams to set and control SIC policies and programs. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues and develop solutions to support the SIC program. Change Management: Communicate program changes and updates to stakeholders across the organization. Requirements Remote Content Writer Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in content writing, journalism, or a related field. Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong research and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong understanding of content optimization for SEO and engagement. Sr Expert, Sales Incentive Compensation Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales operations, compensation design, or a related field. Skills: Deep understanding of sales incentive compensation programs.
