Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Solutions Engineer to join our team at blithequark. As a Product Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and customer care to our advertising clients, ensuring that they get the most out of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and product groups, to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, with a competitive salary of $26 per hour. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer care to advertisers and business groups, managing complex issues and bugs across blithequark's advertising products Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and product groups, to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers Design and develop tools to enable the troubleshooting of customer issues and inquiries, facilitating the investigation of standard use cases Work closely with engineering teams on infrastructure launches, updates, and migrations Engage with internal and external clients to convey technical issues and solutions, ensuring that our customers get the most out of our products and services Stay up-to-date with the evolving AI-powered nature of the blithequark advertising ecosystem and communicate ML model language with internal and external clients Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related discipline At least 3 years of experience in coding with a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python), working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs), or performing data analysis and visualization using SQL-like query languages Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and bugs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in system design/API, programming languages, including data structures and algorithms, and AI fundamentals Experience working with the blithequark advertising platform and e-commerce products Understanding of backend system concepts (e.g., caching, memory management), mobile application operating system, mobile application data analysis product, and ability to investigate issues using debug logs Ability to interpret data to inform across cross-functional stakeholders in gTech and Engineering organizations and communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical expertise in programming languages, web technologies, and data analysis Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and bugs Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and product groups Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
