Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and retrieving information from our computer databases, as well as performing various administrative tasks to support our operations. Key Responsibilities Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Transmit information or documents using a computer, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests. Verify information in documents or on computer screens for accuracy and completeness. Operate standard office equipment, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
