Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a best-in-class experience. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, providing personalized attention and support. Build and retain StretchLab membership through sales, outreach to leads, and effective client relationships. Manage client care by consistently updating client notes, booking weekly recurring appointments, and ensuring proper stretch techniques. Enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients. Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and studio initiatives. Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed, providing a seamless client experience. Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention. Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it's available for client use at any given time. Requirements: Essential Qualifications and Preferred Skills To succeed as a Massage Therapist at StretchLab, you'll need: A passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor. A fitness certification, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the industry. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients. A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies. Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training. Preferred skills include: Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients. A background in boutique fitness environments, with a deep understanding of the industry. Empathy and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
