About the Role: Marketing Manager, Partner Brand The Partner Brand team at Starbucks is responsible for developing innovative strategies to engage and inspire our partners (employees), building brand commitment, pride, and advocacy. As a Marketing Manager, Partner Brand, you will play a key role in driving the development of new channels to reach our partners, bringing brand stories to life, and crafting creative strategies to engage and motivate them. Your expertise will be instrumental in composing key briefs, collaborating with creative teams, and fostering cross-functional, omni-channel marketing initiatives designed to resonate with our partner audience. Key Responsibilities: Support the development of brand and content strategy across multiple channels to drive increased engagement with current partners Create and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution, measurement, and reporting Brief creative teams and work with internal stakeholders on traditional and modern marketing and communications strategies Contribute to building a new capability, joining a team in high growth mode Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Open Issues, Partner Product System, and Expert (HR), to achieve shared objectives across projects Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have strategic planning experience within the marketing function in a large-scale corporate or agency environment. You should also have experience with marketing campaign and project management, as well as functional brand, digital, and content marketing expertise.
