Key Responsibilities As an Internet Connectivity Specialist, you'll be the face of DISH, representing our brand in customers' homes and making their lives easier by introducing them to smart home possibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: Installing and configuring internet connectivity solutions for customers, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. Providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and resolving issues promptly. Working in diverse environments, including varying weather conditions and at heights, while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Lifting heavy items and navigating challenging installation scenarios with confidence and tenacity. Maintaining a spotless driving record and adhering to DISH's safety requirements. Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to build relationships. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Previous experience in a technical installation role. Familiarity with smart home technologies and internet connectivity solutions. A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
