Key Responsibilities Delivery of World-Class Services & Customer Intimacy : Ensure Fearless delivers high-quality products and services on time and on budget, while building strong relationships with clients to drive long-term satisfaction and retention. Influencing and Advising : Serve as a trusted business advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on digital transformation initiatives and ensuring successful project outcomes. Account Growth & Retention : Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, while nurturing and developing new relationships to drive business growth. Financial Performance : Manage account financial performance, ensuring alignment with revenue, profitability, and gross margin targets. Team Management : Lead a team of Program Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their success. Risk Management : Identify potential risks to project success and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them. Essential Qualifications A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in a business development or programmatic leadership role, with a focus on government contracting. Proven experience working with or supporting federal civilian agencies, such as the SEC, VA, or other similar organizations. Advanced proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and project management principles. Strong understanding of government procurement regulations, best practices, and guidelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting other civilian government agencies, such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, General Services Administration, or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM tools. Active Public Trust or higher security clearance. Active Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
