**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Inventory Plan Management and Equity Administration**

We strive for fairness for all and aim to set the standard for an inclusive workplace, celebrating uniqueness and individuality. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching stock awards * Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation * Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations * Functional Skills: + Strong attention to detail + Clear communication + Data analysis + Customer service focus **What We Offer** As a member of the Blithequark team, you will enjoy: * A diverse and inclusive work environment with daily interaction with people from various countries, functions, and cultures * Opportunities for career growth and development, including training and education programs * Competitive compensation and benefits package, including Total Rewards * Wellness programs and resources to support your physical, financial, and mental well-being * Mobile and virtual platforms to enhance your work-life balance and flexibility * Mindfulness apps and mental health support software to promote your intellectual wellness * Financial education and learning software to help you plan your financial future * On-demand health app with access to various health and fitness instructions **Why Join Blithequark?** At Blithequark, we believe that our lifestyle is one of the reasons our business continues to thrive after 130+ years.
