You will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, processing patient information, and managing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize blithequark's solution information systems and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper framework. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all data entry-related issues. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed. * Settle Outside Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outside Exceptions. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Acquire a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current pharmacist license or certification. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing the computer. + Using the mouse to point and click. + Starting and closing programs. + Switching between programs. + Saving files. + Printing reports. + Accessing data online. * Essential web search skills, including: + Opening a program. + Writing in URLs in the correct area. + Using a web search engine. + Bookmarking a website. + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons. + Completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to submit your application.
