We work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and present data that informs business strategies and drives growth. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in developing and implementing data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** As a Lead Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * **Business Performance Reporting**: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain business performance reports that provide insights into key metrics and drivers of business growth. * **Data Tooling and Methodology**: Lead the development of data tools and methodologies that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. * **BI Execution**: Drive the implementation of business intelligence solutions that provide real-time insights into business performance and enable data-driven decision-making. * **Creating a Single Source of Truth**: Collaborate with our Operations team to develop and maintain a single source of truth for business metrics and KPIs. * **ETL and Metric Planning**: Own the development and maintenance of ETL processes and metrics that support business decision-making. * **Communication and Collaboration**: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data solutions that meet those needs. **Essential Capabilities** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics. * 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on data visualization and business intelligence. * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL. * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. * Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred Capabilities** While not required, the following skills and experiences would be a plus: * Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery. * Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles. * Experience with data storytelling and presentation techniques. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business drivers and metrics. **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: * A base salary range of $136,100 to $182,400 per year, depending on location and experience. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * A 401(k) matching program. * A generous paid time off policy. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data analyst looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this role.
