You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize business processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** * Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners * Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization * Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning * Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response * Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes * Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans * Develop critical analytical structures and write scripts that help us automate and enhance data analysis * Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling storytelling for executive audiences * Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering * Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet * Understanding of social data set plan and capability * Strong math and analytical skills * Proven self-starter with solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying abilities * Successful collaboration and time management skills * Ability to carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work with design delivery teams to examine technical ideas * Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a technical field * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib * Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques * Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
