As an equal opportunity employer, we evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, and other legally protected characteristics. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests * Meeting performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * First Call Resolution (FCR): 80% or higher * Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): 90% or higher * Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less * Abandon Rate: 5% or less **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1 year of recent call center experience * 6 months of previous remote work experience * High School diploma or equivalent required * Bilingual Spanish proficiency (test required) * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and management * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service tools * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At EmployBridge, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
