**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center**

As a key member of our remote call center team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have been affected by these issues and guiding them through the process of seeking compensation. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced and results-driven customer service representative to join our remote call center team. As a full-time representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates. If you're a motivated and competitive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Connect with callers through an automated dialer, speaking to 40-50 individuals per day, and identifying potential candidates for compensation * Multitask while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to efficiently manage high-volume calls * Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately * Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * Assist with other projects as needed * Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues to ensure seamless operations **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Monthly retention rates * Upsell and cross-sell rates * Call volume and quality metrics * Customer satisfaction ratings **Requirements:** * Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey * Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace * Reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with: + 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU * High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet) * Reliable noise-cancellation headset wired via USB (average price: $20-$30) * Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience * 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with VICI and CRM software * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills **Work Environment and Culture:** * arenaflex is a remote-friendly company that values flexibility and work-life balance * Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support * We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development * arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive culture that values diversity and respect **Benefits:** * Health insurance, vision, and dental coverage * Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) * Eligible for overtime outside of the training period * Opportunities for career growth and advancement **Hours of Operation:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern * Training schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
