The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management and business process improvement strategies, utilizing business or consumer department data to inform decision-making. This will involve analyzing structured and unstructured data, interpreting information using statistical, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods, and collaborating with technology and other teams to integrate and execute risk management approaches and business procedures. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement risk management and business process improvement strategies, utilizing business or consumer department data to inform decision-making Analyze structured and unstructured data, interpreting information using statistical, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods Collaborate with technology and other teams to integrate and execute risk management approaches and business procedures Identify and assess new data sources (controlled and uncontrolled) that could add steady productivity to blithequark's products/services Utilize industry and internal best practices, incorporating regulatory feedback on a case-by-case basis to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process improvement strategies, driving business growth and enhancement Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
