This role works closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This position is remote but must be located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email * Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process * Investigate discrepancies as they arise * Complete additional projects as assigned **Qualifications** * No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus * Tech experience is strongly preferred * Must be able to read, write, and speak English * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail * Desire and ability to be a team player * Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office * Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Familiarity with online platforms and tools * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
