As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for managing customer shipments, preparing invoices and bills, verifying customer logs, and maintaining filing systems. You will also be required to communicate with customers and operation groups regarding any shipment report discrepancies and assist with other administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Settling customer shipments and helping prepare monthly claims * Creating invoices and bills in QuickBooks * Verifying customer logs * Maintaining filing systems electronically and in paper * Communicating with customers and operation groups regarding any shipment report discrepancies * Assisting with other administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing payroll times, and other office-related assignments **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High school diploma with some college education and/or 1+ years of office work experience * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) * Good oral and written communication skills * Working knowledge of QuickBooks (a plus) * Ability to work in a dynamic working environment independently and as a team member * Must be organized and pay attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects to meet due dates **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role: * Experience working with QuickBooks * Knowledge of accounting principles and practices * Familiarity with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
