About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time rotational shift basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers using our client's food ordering app. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, enjoy a dynamic work environment, and develop your skills in customer success. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders : Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers in placing their online orders, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. Provide support through phone calls : Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and professional manner. Process payments securely : Process customer payments securely and efficiently, ensuring that transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies. Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation : Proactively identify and address customer concerns, ensuring that our brand reputation is maintained and enhanced. Identify and escalate priority issues : Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support. Collaborate with the team to improve customer support : Work collaboratively with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance customer support. Maintain and improve service quality : Continuously monitor and improve service quality, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support and service. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field : A degree in any field is required, with a focus on customer service, communication, or a related field being an advantage. At least 6 months in customer support : Experience in customer support is essential, with a focus on call center experience being an advantage. B2 level proficiency in English : Proficiency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Interpersonal skills : Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Call center experience : Experience in a call center environment is an advantage, with a focus on customer service and support. Mandarin language skills : Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Technical Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following technical skills: Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy : A high level of typing accuracy and speed is required, with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office : Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office is required, with the ability to navigate and use software applications effectively.
