Job Overview In this full-remote position, you will be responsible for providing superb customer service, responding to inquiries, managing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of spare parts. Your exceptional communication skills, sense of urgency, and ability to work effectively with internal and external customers will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a key member of our team, you will oversee shipments, maintain accurate records, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers by responding to requests with a sense of urgency and driving orders to completion Acknowledge orders, obtain engineering input on parts, and coordinate with the Purchasing team for parts orders Prepare spare parts proposals for customers and enter orders into our ERP system Prepare packages and bills of lading for outgoing shipments and expedite deliveries per customer requests Maintain accurate records between Smart Sheet and Epicor, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Serve as a liaison with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping teams to streamline operational processes and drive efficiency Collaborate with internal teams to prepare system spare parts lists and ensure customers have what they need Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external customers A high level of responsiveness and sense of urgency, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Basic computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office A strong customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications will be advantageous: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of spare parts management, logistics, or a related field Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders A strong customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box A high level of responsiveness and sense of urgency, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions Career Growth and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
