Your responsibilities will include: Delivering ski/snowboard rentals and accessories to customers' accommodations Providing equipment support to guests throughout their stay Picking up equipment after guests' final day on the mountain Interacting with customers to ensure a memorable experience Packing orders for future deliveries Basic ski tuning, waxing, and general maintenance of equipment Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the shop Restocking vans with extra equipment Answering and making calls to customers Key Responsibilities To succeed in this role, you'll need to: Arrive on time for deliveries and appointments Choose the right equipment for each guest in the best condition Set clear expectations around the entire scope of service Provide exceptional customer service and support Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements and Qualifications No prior experience is required, but we look for team members who: Are passionate about skiing and the mountain lifestyle Have excellent communication and customer service skills Are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Can lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates who: Have experience in customer service or a related field Are familiar with ski equipment and maintenance Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude What We Offer As a part-time customer service representative at Ski Butlers Vail & Beaver Creek, you'll enjoy: Flexible scheduling with part-time hours Average pay of $25 per hour, plus tips Exclusive Alterra Mountain Company ski pass for unlimited skiing at top resorts 401(k) benefit and match for all staff members over 21 years old A fun and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development Work Environment and Company Culture At Ski Butlers, we're passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
