As a Medicare CSR, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. Your primary goal will be to provide 5-star service to our customers, resolving problems and exceeding their expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from customers regarding claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related issues * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving problems and exceeding customer expectations * Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions * Navigate through multiple systems to access customer information and resolve issues * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales) * Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented approach * Empathy and strong problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone * Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time * ALL candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test **Preferred Qualifications** * HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience/call center experience * Healthcare industry experience, particularly in the Medicare sector * Previous experience working in a call center environment with a focus on inbound calls * Medical background or experience working in a healthcare-related field * Strong knowledge of Medicare policies and procedures **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages * Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong time management and organizational skills to meet performance metrics **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to improve your customer service skills and knowledge.
