Whether you're working from home or in our Charleston, WV office, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our members and providers. **About the Role** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. Your primary focus will be on answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs. You'll also be responsible for: * Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries * Providing accurate and timely information regarding benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements * Resolving issues and concerns in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and providers * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications * Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient, with reliable high-speed internet connectivity and a secure service via ethernet cable * Ability to commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on Medicaid and Medicare support * Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare policies, procedures, and regulations * Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software applications * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP) **Education and Training** arenaflex is committed to providing our team members with the training and resources they need to succeed.
