Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving product complaints in a timely and courteous manner. You will be responsible for processing complaints through various communication channels, maintaining accurate records, and escalating issues as needed. Schedule and Compensation Details We offer a competitive and attractive hybrid work solution that provides the best of both worlds. Our hybrid work schedule includes: Office Rotation: Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday Work from Home Rotation: Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday Competitive pay rate: $26-27 per hour Hiring timeline: First week of September Why Join arenaflex?
