You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them manage their health. You'll also collaborate with our internal teams to resolve service issues and develop process improvements to enhance the overall delivery of service. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a timely and effective manner. * Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and compassionate manner. * Take ownership of each customer contact to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. * Provide personalized support to customers to help them manage their health. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and develop process improvements. * Document and track all customer interactions and outcomes using our systems and processes. * Participate in special projects and initiatives to address service issues and improve customer satisfaction. * Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise to colleagues as needed. **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location. * Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * High school diploma required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a health care setting or related industry. * Certification in customer service or a related field. * Bilingual or multilingual skills. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams. * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in our systems and processes. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
