Job Overview We are looking for talented individuals to fill over 20 contract-to-hire positions, working 100% remotely from anywhere within a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103. As a Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portals, ID cards, and more. Your goal will be to provide 5-star service, upholding the high standards of our team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner Address customer concerns related to Medicare claims, benefits, enrollment, and other services Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues efficiently Communicate complex information clearly and effectively over the phone, using proper grammar and professional language Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service goals Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent customer-focused competencies, including strong customer service skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
