Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers to promote our products or services, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues they may have. Providing top-notch customer service and support, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with blithequark. Utilizing upselling techniques to increase sales and drive revenue growth. Accurately and efficiently performing data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date customer records and ensuring data integrity. Handling cash transactions with precision, adhering to our financial policies and procedures. Maintaining the highest standards of phone etiquette during customer interactions, ensuring that every conversation is professional and courteous. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. The ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (being multilingual or bilingual is highly preferred). Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Experience with cash handling procedures, with a strong understanding of financial policies and procedures. Familiarity with the Spanish language is a plus, although not essential. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a call center environment. A strong understanding of our industry and the products or services we offer. Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment. Expected Hours and Schedule As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect to work between 15 and 40 hours per week. Our scheduling is flexible, with a range of shift options available, including: 4, 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. Morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts. Rotating weekends and holidays.
