Your primary duties will include: * Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems * Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently * Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness * Compiling reports from systems with claims information * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role * Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field * Knowledge of claims management systems and processes * Certification in customer service or data entry (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) **arenaflex Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
