You'll be the go-to expert for all things travel, from booking flights to resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service. **What You'll Do** * Advance and sell air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders * Provide assistance with passenger check-in and baggage handling * Interpret government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments * Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times * Provide support to distressed passengers and customers * Safeguard company property and revenue * Ensure safe travel * Utilize coordinated skills to perform various job-related tasks * Apply hierarchical skills to complete multiple tasks within a limited timeframe * Work independently with minimal supervision * Answer and assist during security and crisis situations * Follow internal/external policies and procedures * May be required to drive and work air stairs on various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers * Responsible for the overall performance within the workspace and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees * May be required to perform Passenger Activity Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication, as well as Tower capabilities **All You'll Need for Success** * Least Capabilities Training and Earlier Professional training * Read, write, speak, and understand the English language * Bilingual language skills required in certain areas * Valid substantial driver's license as required by local authorities * Must meet FAA criminal background checks to meet requirements for unescorted access awards to airport security identification presentation areas (SIDA), if applicable * Must be able to obtain suitable airport power and/or US Customs security identifications, if applicable * Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays * Must be able to answer to manage on an ordinary and convenient basis **What You'll Get** At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
