Your primary goal will be to create a seamless and memorable experience for our clients, who are among our most valued Card Members. To achieve this, you'll need to be proactive, resourceful, and able to think on your feet. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival at the parlor * Providing personalized assistance and support to clients throughout their visit * Identifying and resolving client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner * Utilizing our Client-First approach to anticipate and meet clients' needs and expectations * Offering travel, card, and lifestyle recommendations to enhance clients' experiences * Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet clients' needs and preferences **Capabilities and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
