About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team. As the face of blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via live chat, ensuring seamless transactions, and addressing their queries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound sales leads and customer inquiries via live chat, providing expert product knowledge and technical assistance to drive sales and resolve issues. Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities, offer personalized solutions, and ensure 100% satisfaction. Meet or exceed individual and departmental KPIs, performance goals, and sales targets through effective communication and issue resolution. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on promotional offerings, new products, and technology. Effectively manage change, adapting to new processes, systems, and initiatives to ensure seamless customer experiences. Process online orders, returns, replacements, adjustments, warranties, and installations, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and business-to-business departments, to drive customer satisfaction and smooth process execution. Maintain positive relationships with customers post-order, soliciting feedback and addressing any additional needs. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of contact center experience, with at least 6 months of chat and sales experience. Proven ability to navigate computer programs, chat applications, and systems that support contact center initiatives. A high school diploma or GED; an associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Excellent customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to address customer needs through written and oral mediums. Adaptability, dependability, and a proven ability to follow through on tasks and adhere to flexible work schedules and shifts. Clear and concise written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve challenges. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge: Bilingual capabilities, with the ability to fluently speak and write in Spanish.
