As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. You will be the face of blithequark in the e-commerce industry, building strong relationships with key marketplace players and executing GTM strategies to attract new sellers to our platform. **About the Role** As an Account Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Developing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts. * Identifying, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. * Guiding sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. * Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join the e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and customer base. * Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the 3P market in the USA. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, vendors, and internal teams. * Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships. * Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree required. * 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. * Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning. * Strong commercial acumen with excellent written and oral communication skills. * Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with a strong understanding of complex financial data. * Ability to think critically and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple competing priorities concurrently. **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. * 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus. * 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and bonus structure. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities, including training and mentorship programs. * Collaborative and inclusive work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for e-commerce and entrepreneurship, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
