Remote Full-time
Are you an experienced professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and excels at supporting senior executives? Can you confidently engage with top-tier leadership and maintain poise under pressure? If so, the Executive Assistant role in Disney Legal at The Walt Disney Company could be your next great opportunity. As a key member of the Intellectual Property (IP) Legal team, you’ll provide critical support to the Chief Counsel, who leads a dynamic group of legal professionals. This team partners closely with legal and business leaders across Disney Entertainment (film and television) and Disney Experiences (Parks, Resorts, Consumer Products). Our Legal Support Professionals are valued for their discretion, agility, and essential contributions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with some of the most creative and strategic minds in the media industry. This position currently reports to a Chief Counsel and supports several other attorneys. You would be responsible for the day-to-day workings of the leaders you support. It goes without saying that there will be heavy calendar setting and expense reports, but this job is very much about people. The relationship you form with the executives you support is absolutely critical because that’s what enables you to become a true partner. As the “face” of your executives within The Walt Disney Company, your professionalism, loyalty and attitude are a reflection of the office, and as such, are a key component to its success. Every day as an Executive Support Professional is different!
