Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to their 401k account balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance * Providing education and resources to help customers make informed decisions about their financial well-being * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication, empathy, and professionalism * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **What to Expect** As a new FCA, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. You must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST.
