Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Process transactions, including mailing, shipping, and product sales. Ensure the accuracy of customer orders and billing details. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all postal service procedures and safety protocols. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and office software. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or a similar field. Basic knowledge of postal services and products. Experience working with payment systems and handling cash transactions.
