About the position Responsibilities • Open, review, and sort incoming mail by client and audit program. • Prepare, process, and review medical records—both physical and electronic—for scanning and distribution. • Collaborate with internal teams and providers via email to resolve issues. • Manage return mail, audit letters, and outgoing correspondence. • Operate office equipment, troubleshoot workflow issues, and meet productivity and quality standards. • Maintain trackers and ensure HIPAA compliance. Requirements • High school diploma (or equivalent) required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
