External applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Location: This is a remote position within the US; however, preference will be given to candidates in Tempe, AZ and Carlsbad, CA. There is approximately 25% travel required to meet business needs. Your Role: As a key materials supplier to the semiconductor industry, we often need to quickly and accurately gather and analyze complex information to develop strategies and tactics. As a Digital Solution Developer on our Digital Manufacturing Solutions team, you will design and deliver innovative solutions that enable our manufacturing teams to work more efficiently and strengthen our value position in the semiconductor industry. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver digital solutions using platforms such as AWS and Palantir Foundry. • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications using TypeScript and other modern full-stack technologies. • Collaborate with product owners and key users to understand and prioritize requirements, define clear development roadmaps, perform testing and validation, and deploy solutions. • Own and continuously improve existing solutions while serving as the technical point of contact for users. • Communicate with user groups impacted by solutions to ensure alignment and maintain proper documentation. • Identify opportunities where data science or machine learning techniques can be applied and collaborate with data scientists or machine learning engineers as needed. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field. • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry • 3+ years of experience with strong proficiency in Python (or PySpark) and SQL, demonstrating the ability to rapidly prototype data pipelines. • Ability to write clean, efficient code and apply basic object-oriented design principles. • Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in data science, computer science, or a related field. • Experience working with Palantir Foundry, including Code Repository, Workshop, and other modules. • Experience with TypeScript, React, and full-stack development. • Solid understanding of the fundamental principles of data science and machine learning. • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Vega, Vega-Lite, or Tableau. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Strong skills in data visualization to support decision-making. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pay Range for this position: $111,800 - $167,800 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
