Responsibilities • Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using a variety of sources • Work directly with businesses to discuss and understand their needs and then develop customized solutions to drive leads to their business • Own entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale • Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the B2B sales process • Ability to utilize technology to engage clients • Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales goals • Participate in or lead internal continuous improvement initiatives, for example developing new (or improving existing) client-facing sales frameworks and tools Requirements • Strong business development focus, willing to prospect and having the drive to develop opportunities from prospect level through to deal close • An understanding and passion for the digital world including digital advertising and social media • Relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills • Motivated self-starter and problem-solver • 2+ years of B2B sales and cold calling experience • 1+ years of digital marketing experience preferred Benefits • Competitive compensation package (incl. base salary + uncapped commission) • Flexible work schedule • Possibility to work remotely • Paid holidays off • Recognition and opportunity for quick advancement • Working with a motivated and dedicated team • Having a job with a purpose and making an impact on people’s lives • Commission • Corporate Card • Mileage and / or vehicle reimbursement • Cell phone reimbursement • Company Travel and Incentives Apply tot his job
