Demand Generation Lead (Content + Paid) for CLEONA
CLEONA allows organizations to create custom AI smart assistants that help people access and navigate internal information, resources, and guidance. We need a Demand Generation Lead who can create the content and execute the strategy to get it in front of the right people, then convert that demand into qualified leads. Phase 1: Content-Led Demand (Build + Distribute) You will own: -Content strategy + editorial calendar -Creation of guides and content (and pre-recorded webinars) -Distribution strategy and execution (SEO, partner channels, communities, LinkedIn, email, etc.) -Lead capture flows (landing pages, CTAs, nurture) Phase 2: Paid Demand (Build + Run) You will own: - Paid search + paid social strategy -Keyword and intent research aligned with CLEONA -Ad concepting/copy and campaign execution (or clear direction to a designer) -Ongoing optimization and reporting Skills We Need -B2B demand gen experience for tech/AI products -Strong SEO + content distribution instincts -Performance marketing fundamentals (search/social, conversion, testing) -Able to ship: plan, create, publish, promote, iterate Required -Portfolio/case studies showing demand gen results -Brief plan for how you would run Phase 1 and Phase 2 for CLEONA Apply tot his job
