Deltek Costpoint SME (Admin Support) 6 months with extensions Remote work The Deltek Costpoint Administrator / Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Deltek Costpoint ERP system. This role ensures the smooth operation of the software for finance, accounting, and project management teams within the organization. The specialist is responsible for diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring that Costpoint software integrates effectively with other systems. Key Responsibilities: Software Support: • Provide ongoing support for the Deltek Costpoint software, responding to technical issues, system errors, and user queries. • Troubleshoot and resolve system problems related to Costpoint modules such as Financial Management, Project Accounting, Procurement, and Human Resources. • Perform root cause analysis of system issues and work with development teams for long-term fixes. System Maintenance & Updates: • Assist with regular software updates, patches, and version upgrades to ensure the system remains current and functional. • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for maximum efficiency. User Training & Documentation: • Provide training to users on how to use Costpoint software efficiently. • Create user guides, documentation, and best practices for using various modules within Costpoint. • Offer hands-on support to end-users for system functionality or troubleshooting. Integration & Reporting: • Support the integration of Costpoint with other business systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM, financial reporting tools). • Develop custom reports within Costpoint or assist users with reporting needs.
