As an Entry-Level Cyber Identity and Access Management Data Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in data analytics, governance, cyber, and data-driven improvements, all while contributing to our organization's security and efficiency. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. On a typical day you will: • Assist in monitoring Digital IAM controls to ensure compliance and identify trends. • Use data analytics to support tool troubleshooting and help propose improvements based on findings. • Collaborate with senior team members in designing strategies for automating IAM processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning. • Participate in workshops and meetings, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations to clearly communicate IAM data findings. • Work alongside multifunctional teams to understand IAM processes and contribute to strategic improvements. What You Will Need to be Successful: • Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in data analysis, cybersecurity, or related fields • Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel) and preferably Datapoint, Power BI, Python, or R • Conceptual exposure to Machine Learning or AI • Ability to work independently and in a team • Flexible and adaptable • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a passion for numbers • Excellent communication skills, integrity, and confidentiality • Basic understanding of IAM concepts and identity governance tools is a plus • Basic knowledge of regulations like HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and NIST • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends Additional Comments: Given the nature of the position, Otis Elevator does not support sponsorship, e.g. H-1B or TN petitions/applications, for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
