You will be the ambassador of our brand, embodying our values of courtesy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all customers upon entering the store or on the phone, setting the tone for a positive and memorable experience. * Take the time to get to know our customers, learning their names and preferences to provide personalized service that exceeds their expectations. * Go above and beyond to make our customers feel valued and appreciated, whether it's through a simple smile or a thoughtful gesture. * Move quickly and efficiently to provide fast and friendly service, ensuring that our customers receive the attention they deserve. * Help our customers make informed purchasing decisions by pointing out promotional items and suggesting complementary products that meet their needs. * Thank our customers for their business and invite them to return, fostering a sense of loyalty and community. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within the store and surrounding areas.
