About the Role: Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers daily, and providing them with a memorable shopping experience. This is a part-time day shift opportunity, available on all days, offering you the flexibility you need. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome in our store. Operate the register and cashier with accuracy and efficiency. Make purchase suggestions to customers based on their needs and preferences. Work with our food program to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of store appearance, both inside and out. Provide fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals and objectives. Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance. Essential Qualifications and Skills: To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a high level of customer service. A strong team player with a positive attitude. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A customer-centric approach, with a desire to provide exceptional service. While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous retail and customer service experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. A high school diploma or equivalent. A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges. A willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic environment. Physical Requirements: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to: Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours. Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift. Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour in a shift. Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination.
