This role will primarily focus on handling email inquiries from customers, utilizing our CRM software, Rich Panel, to provide efficient and accurate responses. The ideal candidate will ensure timely resolutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear, professional, and timely manner. Utilize Rich Panel CRM to manage customer interactions, track inquiries, and ensure all communication is documented accurately. Address customer concerns, issues, and requests, providing relevant solutions or escalating when necessary. Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Gain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to offer informed responses to customer inquiries. Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system and assist with generating reports when required. Demonstrate strong written communication skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with email support experience. Familiarity with CRM software, experience with Rich Panel is a plus. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while handling approximately 25 to 30 emails per day. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
