Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Professional. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while being an integral part of our dynamic global team. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. • Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and troubleshoot problems effectively. • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM system. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proven ability to empathize with customers and provide active listening. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in a remote customer service role. • Fluency in an additional South African official language. • Familiarity with various operating systems and basic technical troubleshooting. • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
