Our mission is to actively connect people to their next great opportunity, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and promoting our products and services. This is a hybrid work environment role, with the option to work remotely from the Phoenix, AZ metro area. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound Employer and Job-Seeker phone calls and process basic support inquiries, transferring calls to appropriate teams and departments as needed * Handle a high volume of Sales and Support inquiries via chat and email, forwarding inquiries as required * Perform troubleshooting for site issues and functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience * Maintain high service levels as established by the department, meeting or exceeding established metrics and performance goals * Promote arenaflex site features and products, including TrafficBoost, Resume Database, and other innovative solutions * Process plan upgrades and downgrades at the user's request, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience * Assess potential Terms of Use and Product Guidelines violations, forwarding pertinent information to the Compliance Department * Learn and develop the internal Knowledge Base of the evolving arenaflex product, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality **What You'll Need** * A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional support * Prior work experience in B2B, preferably in a customer-facing role * Detail-oriented, organized, and an expert on time management, with a focus on productivity and quality * A passionate, optimistic, and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to learn and grow * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and colleagues * A coachable attitude, with a willingness to listen to and implement feedback from your Supervisor * Patience and the ability to listen carefully, probing and clarifying to get necessary details from customers **As Part of Our Team, You'll Enjoy** * A competitive salary, with opportunities for growth and advancement * An exceptional benefits package, including flexible vacation and paid time off * An employer-matched 401(k) plan, ensuring your financial security and well-being * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities to learn and grow with our team * A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on creating a workplace that's welcoming and inclusive for all **Compensation and Benefits** The US base salary for this full-time position is $20.75 per hour.
