Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the technology industry. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their business needs. Work closely with senior team members to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues. Monitor and analyze client accounts, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing any concerns. Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value of our services and building strong relationships.
