RPA Business Analyst with Healthcare Dallas or Chicago (Remote) 6 months+ Must Have Experience: • Familiarity with RPA tools and methodologies. • Must come from Healthcare Background who has worked with RPA Tools within Medicare background • Business Analyst who can work with and manage expectations of Business Teams & Development Teams • Must be able to work during business hours (CST Time Zone) • Experience with creating both "as-is" and "to-be" process maps. • An understanding of how automation aligns with broader business objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements for the automation project. • Evaluate existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and document current pain points. • Design automated workflows that meet business needs and improve efficiency. This includes creating documentation like Process Design Documents (PDD). • The ability to quickly identify and address issues. Effectively interact with both business and technical teams.
