Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential business opportunities Focus on building strong pipelines Nurture relationships with prospective clients Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious growth targets Maintain an organized pipeline of leads in the CRM system Engage in outbound prospecting efforts in a multi-channel outreach setting Achieve an 85% conversion rate from booked meetings to qualified opportunities Skills Resilience: The ability to stay motivated, maintain a positive attitude, and persist through challenges or rejection, adapting to setbacks while continuing to work toward goals with determination Prospecting Strategy: Identify, research, and target potential clients in key industries aligned with Crafty's growth strategy. Use a variety of tools and methods, including LinkedIn, CRM databases, and outbound outreach campaigns, to connect with prospects Coachability: Being open to constructive criticism, implementing feedback from peers and leadership, and demonstrating continuous improvement in prospecting, communication, and sales techniques Effective Communicator: The ability to clearly and persuasively convey information across various channels, actively listen to understand prospects' needs, tailor messaging to different audiences, and build rapport to establish trust and advance opportunities Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads in the CRM system.
