Required Qualifications • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory. • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT staffing sales or business development. • Strong understanding of the U.S. IT staffing and consulting market. • Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and manage relationships effectively. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
